Item/Order Policy

All prices, quantities, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other R/C Aircraft Components publications are subject to change. R/C Aircraft Components maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, R/C Aircraft Components reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion.

Until further notice, R/C Aircraft Components will only accept orders with in the Continental United States and Canada.  Orders outside of the Continental United States and Canada or International and non-continental United States orders will be handled on a case by case basis. Payments

R/C Aircraft Components welcomes Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Pay Pal (may be used ONLY if you place your order by phone. call 419-260-5268 for details), Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Payments made by Personal Check will delay orders 14-21 days to allow check to clear our bank. Temporary checks are not accepted. All returned checks will be charged a fee of $50.00. 

Shipping

Shipping is a flat fee of $9.00 for each Continental United States or Canada order.  NOTE: This notice applys to all orders shipped with Signature Confirmation: Once the order shipped has been delivered and signed for, the delivered and signed for order becomes the responsibility of the buyer. 


Confidentiality

At R/C Aircraft Components, your trust is of utmost importance to us. We constantly strive to protect your confidential information, which includes all ordering information. R/C Aircraft Components does not disclose any customer information to any companies or individuals not relating to our customer service or order processing.

Limits Of Responsibility

R/C Aircraft Components shall accept no responsibility for crash damage. We accept no responsibility for crash damage occurring during the use of a radio-controlled model. We accept no responsibility for improper installation or improper use of ANY product we sell. 

Item Returns

To return items, customer must contact R/C Aircraft Components for return authorization, any items returned without authorization will not be considered returned.  Any item returned, must be unused, unassembled and unopened in original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to return the item via UPS GROUND INSURED. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. No returns or exchanges for Radio Systems ie: Aurora 9. No returns for special orders. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card issued. Purchases by check or money order will be refunded by check. We can make no exceptions to this policy.

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product. Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to help you out.
