Item/Order Policy
All prices, quantities, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other R/C Aircraft Components publications are subject to change. R/C Aircraft Components maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, R/C Aircraft Components reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion.
R/C Aircraft Components will only accept orders to be shipped to customers living in the United States, Canada, and US Territories. We will ship orders to other countries, and internationally, however these orders will be handled on a case by case basis. Payments
R/C Aircraft Components welcomes Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Payments made by Personal Check will delay orders 14-21 days to allow check to clear our bank. Temporary checks are not accepted. All returned checks will be charged a fee of $50.00.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat fee of $9.50 for each Continental United States order. For Canada shipped orders a flat fee of $16.50 is charged regardless of region. Packages weighing over 25 pounds are subject to exact shipping costs to the buyers destination, plus insurance and handeling fees. NOTE: This notice applys to all orders shipped: All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation( Except those going to Canada), upon the delivery of the package to the shipping address has been confirmed, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the package and its contents, no exceptions. Signature confirmation will be added to all orders exceding $500.00.
Confidentiality
At R/C Aircraft Components, your trust is of utmost importance to us. We constantly strive to protect your confidential information, which includes all ordering information. R/C Aircraft Components does not disclose any customer information, including email addresses, to any companies or individuals not relating to our customer service or order processing.
Limits Of Responsibility
R/C Aircraft Components shall accept no responsibility for crash damage. We accept no responsibility for component failure occurring during the use of a radio-controlled model. We accept no responsibility for improper installation or improper use of ANY product we sell.
Item Returns
To return items, customer must contact R/C Aircraft Components for return authorization, any items returned without authorization will not be considered returned. Any item returned, must be unused, unassembled and unopened in original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to return any items. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. A 10% processing fee applies to all returns or cancelled orders, including both phone and internet orders. No returns or exchanges allowed on Radio Systems including seperate receivers. No returns or exchanges allowed on any Desert Aircraft Engine. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card issued. Purchases by check or money order will be refunded by check. Absolutely no refunds after 30 days of sale. We make NO exceptions to this "Item Returns" policy.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product. Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to help you out.
